HOME EQUITY FINANCING
Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)
A HELOC is a revolving credit line secured by equity in your home. Explore whether this option is available for your property and financing goals.
Use the general ROK Financial application and mention that you’re interested in a HELOC if the form gives you space to describe your request.
How a HELOC works
During the draw period, you can typically borrow as needed up to your approved limit. Ask how payments change when that period ends, whether the rate can change, and what fees apply.
What to know before applying
Your home is collateral. If you can’t repay as agreed, you could lose your home. Compare the potential payments, rate changes and fees with your ability to repay. If you’re looking to cover business expenses, also compare working capital financing and a business line of credit, and ask what collateral or guarantees each option requires.
Who reviews your request?
TZM Financial provides guidance and referrals and does not make lending decisions. The application opens through ROK Financial. Product availability, property eligibility, terms, and approval depend on the financing provider and your circumstances.
